Maxis Customer Service is Rotten !

MAXIS is a leading mobile network provider in Malaysia, she provides broadband services. She has a sister company known as ASTRO. I must say to people out there, if you would like to experience the worse form of customer service, please call up Maxis Customer Service. For those who have experienced service from this Call Centre, i don't have to speak further.

The root problem here is, Maxis doesn't realize that Customer Service is the heart of their business, probably they have become too arrogant and ignorant due to the fact that they some how hold the monopoly of mobile telecommunications in Malaysia. They outsourced their Call Centre to a company called SRG Asia Pacific which is the core of Maxis's Bad Service.

SRG Asia Pacific is simply cheap labour and this is what you get at the end of the day, BAD SERVICE, BAD ENGLISH, BAD COMMUNICATION SKILLS & Your Problem is never solved because SRG and Maxis do not have a daily smooth flow of Communication! So what sort of service do Maxis Customer's get at the end of the day?

What about the customer service at Maxis's Main Branch in KLCC? Disgraceful and Disgusting! No wander she fails to recognize the deplorable service rendered by SRG Asia Pacific, birds of the same feather flock together!

Now do you see how ignorant Maxis is when it comes to good customer service and relations? I rest my case.
