In the government's efforst to break the telecommunication monopoly, they have come out with the MNP system whereby telco users can switch to any network of choice without having to sacrifice their contact numbers.
I (as many Malaysians did) felt tempted to switch to DIGI because it's cheaper in terms of it's charges. I did it three weeks ago and guess what? i went running back to Maxis yesterday to return to Maxis because DIGI's line coverage is so poor, it's below reasonable standards. I get poor reception in the heart of town & even in my bedroom! What sort of service is this?!
Maxis's Customer Service is pretty poor but i must say, they have very good coverage and clear lines. Enjoy Good Quality of communication & Line Coverage with Maxis!
